Doctor Formulated, Trusted by Experts, Loved by Thousands

“I suggest enamel-GEN because its core mineral (hydroxyapatite) makes up 97% of what teeth are made of. Unlike regular toothpaste, the triple action formula helps remineralize enamel, strengthen teeth, and provide long-lasting protection without temporary fixes.

After conducting over 2,000 clinical trials, I’ve seen firsthand how damaged enamel silently affects millions of people. That’s why I helped formulate enamel-GEN, a mineral-based serum that helps relieve sensitivity while repairing the enamel itself.”

How it works

enamel-GEN is a professional grade Nano-hydroxyapatite (n-HAp) serum designed to restore worn enamel and protect your teeth from unwanted decay.

1

Activate

The "pH Flip" triggers an instant reaction in your mouth. Arginine Bicarbonate spikes oral pH to 8.5+ to neutralize cavity-causing acids and activate enamel "absorption gates."

2

Repair

A 30% Nano-hydroxyapatite (nHAp) Matrix creates "micro-mask" that clings to your teeth 50x longer than standard liquids, allowing mineral particles to bind and seal damaged enamel .

3

Protect

A Bacteria Blockade using 10% Xylitol and Zinc Gluconate to starve harmful bacteria and prevent plaque from sticking to your teeth, while nano-hydroxyapatite fills the microscopic pits causing cavities and pain.

enamel-GEN vs. The Rest

Stop settling for surface level cleaning. Give your teeth the professional grade restoration they deserve.

The Restoration Protocol

3 Easy Steps

STEP 1

Prep

Brush and floss to ensure a clean surface. Removing surface plaque allows the nano-hydroxyapatite (nHAp) to make direct contact with your enamel.

STEP 2

Apply

Apply one full dropper of enamel-GEN to your teeth. Alternatively, place the serum on your toothbrush and apply. Allow to sit on the tooth's surface for 3 minutes.

STEP 3

Restore

Spit serum after 3 minutes. Do not rinse, eat, or drink for 30 minutes. This allows the nano-hydroxyapatite (nHAp) to physically bond to your teeth.

Expert Tip

Optimize for Nightly Repair: Apply enamel-GEN immediately before bed. Salivary flow decreases while you sleep, creating an undisturbed environment for faster mineral restoration.

frequently asked questions

How does it work?

enamel-GEN combines four active ingredients: Nano-Hydroxyapatite, Arginine Bicarbonate, Zinc, and Xylitol. Together they balance your mouth's pH, eliminate harmful bacteria, break down plaque, and deliver the minerals your teeth need to restore enamel and repair daily damage.

Should I still see my dentist?

Yes, enamel-GEN is not a replacement for regular dental visits. We always recommend keeping up with your routine professional dental care.

How long does it take to get results?

Everyone is different. Most people notice less sensitivity after their very first use. Full remineralization begins within 2 weeks and continues to improve with 90 days of consistent use.

How do I do a “treatment”?

Simple. Just add it to your existing routine after brushing.

Shake well
Apply 1 full dropper (1 mL) directly onto teeth
Swish to coat or use a toothbrush to spread evenly
Leave in mouth for 2 to 3 minutes
Spit out the used serum
Avoid liquids for 15 minutes after

For best results, use twice daily — morning and night. Safe if accidentally swallowed.

What if enamel-GEN doesn't work for me?

We stand behind enamel-GEN 100%. If you’re not happy with your results for any reason, just reach out within 365 days of your purchase and we’ll issue a full refund. No questions asked. Email us at wecare@basisoral.com with your order number and our team will take care of you within 7 business days.

Please read our full refund policy

Is enamel-GEN safe?

Yes. enamel-GEN is non-toxic. Every ingredient is research-tested for safety and efficacy in oral care use in the United States.

How long does one bottle enamel-GEN last?

With twice daily use, one bottle lasts 30 days. Each bottle contains 60 full dropper applications.

If I already have a cavity, will enamel-GEN fix it?

It can. Results vary, but some users have reported their cavities beginning to close within 2 to 90 days. enamel-GEN supports this by giving your teeth the minerals they need to begin repairing from within.

Can enamel-GEN help sensitive teeth?

Yes. Sensitivity happens when enamel wears down and exposes the tiny tubes that lead directly to your nerves. Heat, cold, and pressure get straight through. enamel-GEN rebuilds the enamel layer that keeps those tubes covered, which stops the triggers from reaching your nerves and ends those sharp shooting pains.

How do I store my product?

enamel-GEN is bottled in sterile, non-reactive glass. Improper storage in hot, humid, or sunny conditions can accelerate spoilage. We recommend that you:

Store product at room temperature
Avoid refrigeration
Avoid direct sunlight
Avoid excessive heat
Close cap tightly between uses
Avoid touching the dropper to any surface or letting it come into contact with hands or contaminants

Try It Risk-Free for 365 Days

Use it daily and feel the difference. If you’re not satisfied within 365 days, get a full refund — no questions asked.
